I'm Published...

...in Australian Homespun Magazine....Woohooo!!!!

This is the first of four magazine contributions this year. I'm very excited about it !!!
I was so excited when I did it that I forgot to take proper photos of it....

Last November I got a call from Catherine, the editor of Homespun, asking if I would like to make a quilt for an upcoming issue. "OF COURSE!!" So I went about designing a quilt. Catherine had asked that I make it out of "Ruby" by Bonnie & Camille.

This is the design I came up with. A double pinwheel made from 2 1/2" strips and a background colour (white)

Meet "Ruby Rose"...
I just love the styling in this photo. I want that house to put my quilt in...

I quilted it with an all over floral...

A couple of photos taken with my phone...

I really enjoyed making this quilt and I hope you do to. This issue is available in store now and I will have the pattern available in about 8 weeks.

Happy Quilting
Leanne xo
