The small cupboard with mostly pre-cuts
Colour coded blenders, backings and scraps in the tubs on the bottom shelf.
Customer quilts up top waiting to be quilted, one shelf of my quilts wait to be quilted, next, dress fabric.
What could I say? I was BUSTED....
To my credit, I haven't bought very much this year. Everything I have started has been from this stash. Guess I could warm a small country with this lot.
Does everyone elses other half know what they have stashed away or is it just mine who was clueless??
Happy Quilting

Honestly, my stash is VERY un-organised so I think even I'm a bit in the dark as to how much fabric I own. I'm having a sort through my room at the moment, and I've managed to fill three 50+ litre tubs with fabric, and still have plenty on my shelf.
I haven't had time to get much of a stash because I have only been quilting for a year. I do have two big tubs and a file cabinet full though.
No my husband knows. And when he is at the shop with me, he encourages me to buy...isn't that great?
wow! my stash of fabric is not organized at all right now, I see yours and I'm ashamed of my disorganization with my fabrics....what is your hubby talking about? You can't never EVER have enough fabric =D
Mine knows! He is the one who organized it neatly on the shelves. Gotta love him! NOT that he encourages me to buy more...
I have been really pretty good lately and am actually using some of my stash. What a concept that is!
Only the tip of the iceberg :)
For a long time he didn't know, until one day he looked in my closet... ick, almost like hell breaking loose... he made me put it all out on the bed... it filled the bed. I was happy to see all my fabric, he was disgusted with the amount of it. He doesn't like clutter... so I am -trying- to not buy more fabric because obviously I have enough for the moment... (although I keep thinking I don't have enough... funny how that works).
